Payment for all Online Consultations is requested before the Consult when you book online. A full refund for any of the Online Consultations will be issued if a request is made at least 24 hours before the appointment, otherwise we will charge the full amount.
We reserve the right to change prices/fees at any time without notice. Prices are subject to online/face-to-face consultation and individual requirements.
We take a deposit of £50 for all our face-to-face Consultations and Procedures. This amount is refunded should you need to cancel (at least 24 hours before your appointment), or when you attend, the deposit will be deducted from your consultation or treatment cost.
We kindly ask you to contact us by email if you need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to give notice will incur full charge of the deposit.
